FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle suspensions. System for controlling damping properties of a tank cushioning system comprises tank speed transducer, vertical acceleration transducer at driver’s seat, tank hull angular oscillation speed transducers, front and rear suspension balancer position transducers. Outputs of the transducers are connected to the control signal generation unit. Generating unit ensures operation of the damping properties control system according to the specified values and transmission of signals to the power control unit. In the control unit, the signal is converted and transmitted to the damping control elements of the corresponding suspensions. Transducer values are monitored and damping properties are controlled in the presence of a signal from the tank speed transducer.
EFFECT: control over damping properties of cushioning system and increased efficiency of its operation at movement on uneven surface.
