FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cabin suspensions. Method of dynamic control of hydropneumatic shock-absorber strut of cabin cushioning system by regulation of hydraulic resistance of shock-absorber strut due to change of flow section of electromagnetic throttle. At the same time the control unit, according to the data of the strut deformation sensor, provides the air pressure in the pneumatic cylinder, which is required for installation of the strut in the cabin static equilibrium position, and generates a signal for closing the inlet valve of the pneumatic cylinder. After the start of movement, it generates a signal to change the flow area of the throttle, which provides the minimum possible level of damping of the strut in positions near the static equilibrium of the strut. In the process of movement, it continuously generates a signal to change the flow area of the throttle, which increases the level of damping as the stroke of the strut rod increases, so that to ensure the absence of cabin rocking. Transition sections between levels of minimum and maximum damping are determined from the condition of maintaining minimum energy of oscillations of the strut.
EFFECT: improved vibration-isolating properties of shock-absorbing struts of the cabin cushioning system.
