Aircraft with a shortened or vertical take-off and landing includes a fuselage, wings with mechanization elements for changing the wing profile, integrated control system, propulsion system with propeller-driven, or turboprop, or turbo-propeller-driven engines. Motors are able to rotate about the vertical axis. Wing with elements of mechanization for changing the wing profile is made of a circular, oval or polygonal outline in plan. Wing leading edge with the elements of mechanization for changing the wing profile is in the range of the incoming stream of air jet from the engines. To create a stable total balancing reactive moment with respect to the center of gravity of the aircraft, in the lifting, hovering and landing mode, the forces from the center are directed radially in three directions. Variants of the aircraft differ in the form of the fuselage and the arrangement of the engines relative to the wing.
