SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Method of short or vertical take-off, short or vertical landing of aircraft includes cigar-shaped fuselage, four or more propeller engine (PE), or turbo-prop-fan (TPFE), or turbo-propeller (TPE), or turbojet with the contour degree of more than 2 (TJED) of the lifting and sustaining engines located on the horizontal bearing fuselage cantilevers, one or more PE, or TPFE, or TPE, or TJED main propulsion motor, an integrated control system, two pairs of bearing wings cantilevers with mechanization elements arranged at different levels in the nose and tail parts of the fuselage. In take-off and landing mode, flow rate of exiting jet from lifting-propulsive engines is increased PE, or TPFE, or TPE, or TJED with contour degree of more than 2 for balanced blowing of upper and lower planes of two pairs of side wings with elements of mechanization with extended additional shaped elements of wings into position, increasing area of wings and angles of attack, till creation of balanced balancing lifting forces relative to center of gravity of aircraft.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at aircraft landing at any runway.
