FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road and airfield construction and can be used to stabilize and strengthen the soil during renovations, repairs, for the construction of additional base layers, bases and coatings with a wear layer of all types of pavements for areas with average monthly air temperature of the coldest month up to -30 °C. Composition for stabilization of natural and man-made soils contains, wt%: melanin 0.01–0.5, calcium formate 0.5–3.0, fly ash 1.0–8.0, sodium glass 0.01–1.0, sodium oleate 0.01–0.5, lignosulphonate technical LST 0.1–1.0, dolomite flour 0.5–3.0, salted lime 1.0–3.0, sodium ethyl silicate 0.01–0.5, active silica fume 0.01–0.1, sodium methylsiliconate 0.2–1.0, sodium, ammonium and iron sulfates 0.02–0.5, cement 78–96.63. Cement used is cement grade PC 500 D0 or CEM I 42.5N.
EFFECT: improving the quality of soil stabilization by reducing the possibility of the formation of shrinkage cracks in it, potholes and areas exposed to frost heaving, increasing the strength characteristics of the soil.
