SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a topical pharmaceutical composition for treatment of hemorrhoids, which contains trimethylsiloxysilicate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, a pharmaceutical agent and non-polar volatile siloxane as a solvent. Invention also relates to a method of treating hemorrhoids and a kit for treating hemorrhoids, which comprises a pharmaceutical composition and a device in the form of a container-applicator. Embodiment of the invention makes it possible to use the composition once a day in connection with the release of the pharmaceutical agent over a prolonged period of time.
EFFECT: topical compositions and methods of treating topical disorders are disclosed.
