FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the orientation and visualization of a virtual object. Method comprises the following steps: receiving object location data and consumption data for the shared virtual object; displaying a virtual token associated with the shared virtual object in a marker position corresponding to the geographic location of the object; determining geographical location of the consuming device relative to the position of the marker; determining position of the consuming device and the orientation of the consuming device in the system of local coordinates and outputting the shared virtual object on the consuming device as a response to the coincidence of the position of the consuming device and the orientation of the consuming device respectively with the only possible position of consumption and the only possible orientation of consumption and as a reaction to the coincidence of the geographic location of the consuming device with the position of the marker.
EFFECT: ensuring the creation of a virtual object with a view to the perspective.
