SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hybrid vehicle comprising: an internal combustion engine, a first rotating electric machine, a second rotating electric machine configured to output power to the driving wheel, as well as a power transmission unit, a differential unit and a clutch. Power from the internal combustion engine is transmitted to the first rotating electric machine through the first or second circuit. First circuit is a circuit through which power is transmitted from the internal combustion engine to the first rotating electric machine by means of a power transmission unit and a differential unit. Second circuit is a circuit through which power is transmitted from the internal combustion engine to the first rotating electric machine along a circuit different from the first circuit, which does not include the differential unit, with the clutch located in the second circuit.
EFFECT: higher fuel efficiency is achieved.
