SUBSTANCE: control device for a dynamic power transmission device is provided, wherein the dynamic power transmission device includes: a differential mechanism, an electric generator, an electric motor and a hydrodynamic clutch. The control apparatus includes: an electronic control unit configured to limit charge the electricity storage device using electric power generated by the power generator, depending on the state of the electricity storage device and differentially rotate the hydrodynamic clutch and actuate the electric motor by electric power so that the loss dynamic power generated in the hydrodynamic coupling, by limiting the charge device for electricity storage.
EFFECT: drive torque control without reducing the durability of the dynamic power transmitting device, even when the charge is limited.
