FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for producing biomass of Musca domestica larvae for producing fodder flour. Method is characterized in that Musca domestica larvae are introduced into a container with a substrate at a rate of 0.4–0.6 g of larvae per 1 kg of substrate and cultivated, the substrate contains cobalt and/or selenium based on 1 kg of substrate 10–20 ml of the trace element solution, after two days, the migrated larvae are collected from the tray.
EFFECT: use of the invention allow toincrease the yield of biomass of larvae and increase their survival.
