FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a reliable and highly efficient DC motor. Brushless DC motor contains a rotating rotor with a working winding and a stationary stator. Working winding of the rotor is made on a cylindrical glass with an axis of rotation, made of non-magnetic material, in the form of "squirrel wheel", wound coil to the coil on the outer part of the cylindrical glass, inside of which a stationary flat neodymium magnet with rounded magnetic poles is placed, which with a magnetically conductive cylindrical stator forms an oppositely located pair of magnetic gaps, inside of which there is a cylindrical glass with its working winding, its ends are connected to the slip rings mounted on the axis of its rotation, with which the spring-loaded brushes contact, that are mounted in a brush holder fixed to the motor collector cover. Cylindrical cup is provided with a lid of a non-magnetic material attached to it with a shortened rotation sleeve, connected through a bearing to the sleeve on the side cover of the engine, and also through another bearing – to the axis of rigid mounting of a neodymium magnet on the engine side cover with a locknut on the end portion of this threaded axis. Another shortened axis of rigid mounting of a neodymium magnet is connected through a bearing to a sleeve made on the bottom of a cylindrical cup and passing into the axis of rotation of the motor rotor, which is also connected through a bearing to the sleeve on the current collector cover.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the design and increasing the reliability and speed of rotation.
