FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and can find application in the orientation systems that determine the parameters of the movement of the object, in particular displacement, linear velocity, angular velocity relative to the inertial, geographic, starting or other coordinate systems. Increase the accuracy of measuring the orientation angles on vertical or close to them flight trajectories of an aircraft when using micromechanical angular velocity sensors is achieved due to the fact that the current pitch angle ϑ0 add an additional angle of 45 degrees, so the kinematic calculations of the orientation angles are made relative to the virtual coordinate system (CS), rotated by a pitch at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to normal terrestrial CS, then this additional angle is taken into account in navigational calculations.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy.
