FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to water treatment. Plant comprises chlorine sensor device, reservoir (16, 16b) for a brine solution (or a bleaching solution of chlorine or chlorine dioxide), which is connected to chlorine sensor device (29, 30; 29b, 30b) through chlorine control pipe (24a, 50). Chlorine control pipe includes electrolyser cell (18, 18b), pump (23, 51), and release valve (28, 49). Chlorine sensor device includes sensor chamber (29, 29b) and chlorine sensor (30, 30b) connected to analytical electronics system (2). Electrolytically obtained chlorine of known concentration is fed to chlorine sensor (30, 30b) at time intervals and the corresponding measurement value of chlorine sensor (30, 30b) is compared with the correlated given value.
EFFECT: enabling remote diagnosis of the operating status of the plant.
