SUBSTANCE: automated line comprises filling tanks and sequentially located aggregates for dosing the filling, technologically interconnected by a chain-slat conveyor with pans, aggregates for leveling the filling, forming the top of the pie and finally forming the pie. Line comprises a control panel with a preset work program, connected electrically and by means of actuators with pneumatics and electric drives.
EFFECT: line provides mass production of Ossetian pies.
