FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new functional materials having luminescent properties. New linear oligoaryl silanes of the general formula (I) in which Ar is identical or different arylene or heteroarylene radicals selected from the group: substituted or unsubstituted thienyl-2,5-diyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl-1,4-diyl, substituted or unsubstituted 1,3-oxazole-2,5-diyl, and substituted or unsubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2,5-diyl; n is an integer from 2 to 3. Method for preparing these compounds is also provided.
(I).
EFFECT: compounds obtained have a high luminescence efficiency in combination with a short flash time, enhanced thermal stability.
