FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoothbore firearm with an under-barrel magazine of tube type (10) with successively located cartridges (11). Self-loading shotgun contains barrel (3), bolt box (1), two-position bolt (5.14), gate delay (28), release mechanism (8), feeder (17), guide element (25). After the shot, bolt is held (5.14) by gate delay (28) in open position until cartridge (11), fed from magazine (10) by feeder (17), takes a position, at which it removes the mechanical locking of gate delay (28), which in turn allows gate (5.14) to start moving towards the closed position by a return spring. When moving, shutter (5.14) acts on guide element (25) pivotally connected to feeder (17), movement around its axis further conveys cartridge (11) to a position ready for further movement of cartridge (11) to chamber (16) shutter (5.14). Invention can be used in the production of smoothbore hunting and sporting weapons.

EFFECT: possibility of fully charging the weapon when the shutter is open.
