SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking article with a filter and filter of smoking article. Smoking article comprises a tobacco rod containing tobacco; and a filter attached to the end part of tobacco rod by means of korkophan and powder containing substance, which is a bundle of unprocessed powder containing at least one of gustatory component and fragrance component and is converted in a powder when external force is effected to it, a cavity in which powder containing substance is placed, and channel that connects cavity and curb end, allows passage of powder and has smaller internal diameter than outer diameter of powder containing substance.

EFFECT: enabling a user to easily inhale powder having a taste and / or powder at their own discretion and preventing powder from spilling out at undesirable times, for example, during manufacture or transportation.
