DIRECT-FLOW MULTI-ZONE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F24F5/00 B05B1/00

Abstract RU 2671693 C1

FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning and ventilation technology and can be used to create comfortable conditions and a microclimate in industrial premises. Direct-flow multi-zone air conditioning system includes serviced areas in the room, each of which has an exhaust adjustable damper connected by a main line through a silencer to a recirculating exhaust fan, the composition of multi-zone systems, in addition to the main air conditioner, includes local heaters, equipped with control valves with servomotors installed on the coolant supply lines, and control valves installed on the highways for supplying heated air to the served areas, respectively, through adjustable dampers, and local heaters are installed according to the number of served areas of the rooms, in close proximity to the main air conditioner, which consists of a supply chamber with valves, an air filter, sections of the first and second heating and a backup section of heating with control valves, which is necessary to prevent the first section of heating from freezing, and the irrigation chamber consists of a manifold with nozzles, a filter sump and a pumping unit connected to the manifold through a control valve with the ability to supply cold water from a refrigeration machine, the irrigation chamber is connected to the supply fan through the guide vanes, which is connected to the supply line connecting the local heaters through a regulating valve and a silencer. Each of the nozzles of the irrigation chamber of the air conditioner is made with a spray disc and contains a cylindrical body with a fitting, rigidly connected to the housing and coaxially located in the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical opening for the supply of fluid, connected to a diffuser, axisymmetric housing and fitting, and in the lower part of the cylindrical hole a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and at the other end, in an annular groove formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, the disk of the sprayer is formed by two surfaces, one of which is a curvilinear surface facing the diffuser, and the n-th curve line is the line forming this surface, and the second is the plane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
