SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning and ventilation technology and can be used to create comfortable conditions and microclimate in industrial premises with excessive heat generation. Air conditioning system with a combined indirect cooling system includes a fan cooling tower, a sump for collecting chilled water is installed in the lower part of the body, and ejection openings are provided in the body above the sump for inlet air, and in the upper part there is an irrigation device with nozzles and an axial fan, and the air conditioner contains a centrifugal fan that supplies air to the room, as well as a supply and exhaust shaft, having a common wall separating them, the automatic valve regulates the flow of external and recirculated air through the filter from the room, flowing through the duct in which the axial fan is installed, the spray nozzle of the cooling tower is made with a sprayer disc and contains a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially located in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical opening for supplying a liquid, connected to a diffuser, axisymmetric to body and a fitting, and in the lower part of the cylindrical hole a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and at the other end in an annular groove formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, disc of the sprayer is formed by two surfaces, one of which is a curvilinear surface facing the diffuser, and the n-th curve line is the line forming this surface, and the second is the plane, and the sprayer disk is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the nth order, and the spokes, by means of which the sprayer disk is attached to the body, are shaped as straight or curved.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency and reliability of the process of automatic control of dual-fan air conditioners.
