FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of construction, in particular, insulation materials for thermal and sound insulation with high mechanical strength, ensuring the integrity of the structure. Sound absorbing elastomeric foam material contains components in the following ratio, wt %: foam elastic polymer based on nitrile rubber 84.5–78.3; an isocyanate adhesive 9–11.5; a barite weighting agent 1.5–2; water 5–8.2. Foam elastic polymer based on nitrile rubber with open cell content of not more than 50 % with a particle size of 6–10 mm is mixed at ambient temperature in a drum mixer with the isocyanate glue and barite weighting agent. Resulting mass is sprayed with water and pressed in a form at a pressure of 18–20 MPa.
EFFECT: improved vibration-insulating, sound-insulating and heat-insulating properties.
