SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. Method for the treatment of periodontitis in children with unformed root ends of permanent teeth, including the use in the first visit of a therapeutic drug in the form of paste. In this case, the paste is prepared by mixing the ingredients mainly immediately before being introduced into the channel: Metrogyl Denta gel with chloramphenicol in the following ratio (for one channel): Metrogyl Denta gel – 0.25–0.35 g; chloramphenicol – 0.07–0.09 g.
EFFECT: technical result – reduction of side effects, consisting in the development of granulating and granulomatous processes in the periapical tissues of permanent teeth, as well as the continuation of the formation of the tooth root.
