SUBSTANCE: after the chemical-mechanical cleansing of the root canals, the apical opening of the tooth opens, behind which the focus of periapical inflammation is located. Carrying out mechanical, chemical and medicamentous treatment of pathological formations with the purpose of their elimination. The root canal is dried and the paste is injected for the temporary filling of Kalasept until it is completely filled in with a temporary bandage, for 3 days. Subsequently, transcanal electrophoresis is performed with a 1% solution of dimime, with a current strength of 3 mA, lasting 15 minutes, for 4 days, which is first introduced from the anode. After that, the polarity of the administration alternates every day from the anode to the cathode. After each transcanal electrophoresis procedure, a prepared extempore mixture containing "Galavit" and "Trapex-gel" preparations mixed to a paste-like consistency in a ratio of 1:1 is introduced into the focus of periapical destruction as a therapeutic mixture until the root canal is completely filled. After the end of the physiotherapy treatment, the root canal is sealed with an extempore medicated mixture for 14 days, and before the final filling in the zygomatic opening of the tooth, behind which the periapical inflammation focuses, a prepared extempore therapeutic paste containing "Galavit" and "Trapex-gel" Pasty consistency in a ratio of 1:1.

EFFECT: method allows to provide a full restoration of the osseous periodontal structure, to achieve a stable remission, to shorten the period of treatment of the disease.
