FIELD: hydraulic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drives designed to control working equipment of various machines and mechanisms operating with a load variable in value and direction, including a passing load. An electrohydraulic drive with machine-throttle control, sensitive to load, includes adjustable pump 1, made with a working volume regulator with proportional electric control, four-line throttling hydraulic distributor 2 with proportional electric control, pressure channel P of which is connected to a pressure channel of pump 1, drain channel T is connected to hydraulic tank 3, and executive channels A and B are connected to corresponding working cavities of hydraulic engine 4 of two-way action, three-line three-position directional control valve 5 with electric control, pressure sensors 6, 7, 8 and controller 9. Pressure sensors 6, 7 and 8 are connected to corresponding input channels of controller 9, and electrical control units of throttling hydraulic distributor 2 and the volume regulator of pump 1 and electromagnets of directional hydraulic distributor 5 are connected to corresponding output channels of controller 9. The first A, second B and third P channels of directional hydraulic distributor 5 are connected, respectively, to executive channels A and B and pressure channel P of throttling hydraulic distributor 2. At the same time, in initial neutral position “n” of directional hydraulic distributor 5, corresponding to de-energized electromagnets, its first A, second B and third P channels are blocked, in the first working position “a”, the first channel A is blocked, and the second B and third P channels are interconnected, in the second working position “b”, the second channel B is blocked, and the first A and third P channels are interconnected.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the efficiency of an electrohydraulic drive with machine-throttled control, sensitive to load, by reducing power losses during operation of the drive with a passing load on the output link of the hydraulic engine due to shunting in this case the pressure working window of the throttling hydraulic distributor by means of the working window of the directional hydraulic distributor.
