SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a coupling device for connecting an outlet of a beverage dispenser with a beverage container via a dispensing line having a first inner diameter, said coupling device having an axial extension consists of a first part having a first end and a second end, and a first fluid passageway extending between the first and second ends of the first portion, the first part comprises, at the first end, piercing means for piercing the membrane of the beverage container, and a second portion having a first end, a second end and a second fluid passage extending between the first and second ends of the second portion, the second portion comprises a first protruding member disposed at a first end of the second portion, a first protruding member having a first radial length in a radial direction with respect to the second portion, the second end of the second part is configured to be connected to the dispensing line, the second end of the first portion is connected to the first end of the second portion to provide fluid communication between the first fluid passage and the second fluid passage, the first and second parts are connected by a first protruding element of the second part engaged in a corresponding recess or groove located at the second end of the first part, wherein the first part comprises a second protruding element having a second radial length in a radial direction with respect to the first part, the second radial length being greater than the first radial length.
