FIELD: mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for opening, for example for punching a capsule extraction, and also to a system consisting of a similar device, capsule and the use of a capsule in a similar device. System comprises capsule (30) with a wall and capsule extraction unit (10, 10', 20). Extraction unit has capsule holder (20) for holding the capsule and opener (10) with cutting edge (151) for forming opening (37, 38) in capsule wall (32, 33) by cutting the wall. Opener (10, 10') further comprises ram (152) that recesses portion (39) of capsule wall (32, 33) adjacent to opening (37, 38) after formation of the opening by cutting wall (32, 33) by cutting edge (151).
EFFECT: cutting edge (151) and ram (152) are made of the same plate member and ram (152) is detached from cutting edge (151).
