FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry, namely, to the extraction of oil by sucker-rod deep pumps equipped with rocking machines. Hydraulic drive consists of a frame and a stop, connected by means of hinges to the bed, fixed to the foundation by anchor bolts. On the frame there is a groove for the possibility of setting and moving the frame to the horizontal position and the support screw for fixing the frame with the help of the stop. Hydraulic cylinder is connected to the frame and frame, connected to the oil pump and the movable traverse with the help of hinged traverses and bearings. Movable crosshead with the polished stem of the wellhead reinforcement is attached to the frame by means of guide rollers inserted in the groove of the frame and driven by a hydraulic cylinder via pivot traverses. Stroke length of the polished rod is changed by the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder driven by an oil pump controlled by sensors installed in the control station.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability of operation.
