FIELD: testing machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing pumps and pumping units for mechanized oil production and can be used for vertical and inclined tests of sucker rod pumps (SRP), gas sand anchors, separators and sand separators. The test bench includes a system for preparing and supplying components of the operating fluid; a production string simulating a well; a system for measuring and recording the parameters of the equipment under test; control station with protection and alarm system; reference unit; swivel assembly with the ability to install the axis of the rod pump with the required angle of inclination to the horizon. The swivel assembly includes a swivel frame, along the central axis of which there is a rod of the rod pump being tested, inside which horizontal transverse pair ties are installed, which perform both the function of structural rigidity elements and a safety one, between which two hydraulic actuators are installed, the rods of which are connected by a traverse to the carriage in the upper part of the rotary frame, and the bases of the hydraulic drives are rigidly mounted on the upper end of the lining, in the centre of which there is a hole for the passage of the production string. The support assembly includes a support frame made of two horizontally oriented parallel linear profiles connected to each other by lower parallel profile ties, to which vertically oriented support stiffeners are attached. The upper corners of one of the pairs of supporting stiffeners are connected to each other by an overlay, in the centre of which there is a hole for passing the production string. The extreme pair of stiffeners is connected to each other by an upper profile coupler, which acts as a support and limiter for the swivel assembly when tilted. On the lower extreme profile coupler of the support frame, obliquely, parallel to each other, two hydraulic cylinders are rigidly mounted, the ends of the rods of which are connected to the rotary assembly. In addition, the support assembly and the swivel assembly are connected by hinged stops, which ensure the stabilization of the swivel assembly during changes in its angle of inclination.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the design when testing submersible oil production equipment at large (up to 90°) well inclination angles.
