FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: conventional pumping unit includes frame, post with two supports on which opposite turned balancing levers with counterweights are hinged in pairs. Tips of short arms of balancing levers are connected in pairs by means of axes. Tips of lower row of double-arm links are hinged near the balancing levers. Several rows of double-arm links and short links are connected by means of axes. String of borehole pump rods is fixed in the middle of upper axis. Tips of stocks of pistons of power hydraulic cylinders are connected to elements of lower links. Hydraulic lines connect the under-piston and above-piston cavities of parallel connected power hydraulic cylinders with oil pump sections through hydraulic control valve changing the direction of working hydraulic fluid flows and connecting one of the pump sections only at the start-up of string of borehole pump rods.

EFFECT: small dimensions and weight, which allows erection and operation without construction of a foundation, quick replacement of the installation place; low costs of manufacture and operation in comparison to the prototype.
