FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of technical condition of pipelines and can be used for continuous monitoring of the technical condition of underground pipelines laid in harsh climatic and geological conditions. Lower part of the first additional stand is made curved in an arc, repeating the arc of the pipeline circumference, inside it there is a temperature sensor connected to a logger located inside the second additional stand, moreover, the temperature sensor is a multi-zone digital temperature sensor with at least five measuring zones. Inside the carrier rack in its lower part, the first resistance thermocouple is installed, connected to the recorder, on the carrier rack in its upper part there is a second resistance thermocouple, a reflector mounted on a support, a deformation brand, a distribution box and a switching box, the reflector is fixed allowing to rotate, and commutation cables of the first and second resistance thermocouples and the recorder are equipped with cable entries. In this case, the carrier rack, additional racks are made in the form of pipes, and resistance thermocouples are programmable. Moreover, the reflector is made in form of a plate, with square side of at least 500 mm in size. Flexible fixation elements are made in form of metal tapes. Protective rubber elements are installed on all device mating surfaces. Insulation is arranged inside the carrier rack in its upper and lower parts.

EFFECT: technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device is made in the form of a curved base fixed on the pipeline with the help of flexible fixation elements, on which the carrier rack is installed, on the side of which the first and the second additional posts are fixed.
