FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for automated monitoring of the position of tracks. According to the invention, in the device for monitoring the position of the rail track, a laser source of radiation equipped with a regulator of its position in space is used as a radiator. On the movable platform, a transparent screen is installed as the laser spot receiver. This screen is in turn provided with a camera that fixes the displacement of the laser spot on the screen and serves to monitor the deviations of the tracks along the horizontal and vertical axes. At that the camera is connected to the rail track monitoring unit, that in its turn is equipped with a bias analyzer and a logger containing two test and measurement units. Platform is also equipped with two chambers for monitoring gaps in the joints of the guide rails and mutual displacement of the ends of the joined rails with each other, equipped with calibration elements and installed at the end of the platform, that are also associated with the track control unit. Also on the platform there is a fourth camera equipped with a flashlight and connected to a recording unit for monitoring the movement of the movable platform, that output through the track sensor is also connected to the rail track monitoring unit. In this case the inputs of the rail track monitoring unit are connected to the outputs of all four cameras, to the output of the travel sensor and to the output of the control command receiver, which in turn is connected with the remote control unit. Movable platform is also equipped with a locking device for fixing it in the desired position and a spreader-spreader, made on the front end of the platform.
EFFECT: as a result, the accuracy of measurements of all parameters of the track is increased.
