FIELD: railway track geometry control and measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control and measuring technique for measurement of the geometry of a railway track, and can be used with its current content. The system for monitoring the geometry of the rail track contains two measuring trolleys, made with the ability to move along the rails and oriented by preloading the ribs or support rollers relative to the base rail. An optoelectronic receiving and analyzing device is installed on the first trolley, at least one radiating brand is installed on the second trolley, optically coupled with an optoelectronic receiving and analyzing device. The optoelectronic receiving and analyzing device is designed in the form of a television camera, the stamp is made in the form of at least one emitting diode, the image of which is formed in the plane of the position-sensitive photodetector of the television camera, the nodal point of the camera lens and the stamp are located at the same height relative to the reference plane of the wheels of the corresponding trolleys and are equidistant from the side surface of the head of the base rail. A control unit with a wireless communication module is installed on each trolley to control the operation of the emitting diode and the photodetector of the television camera.
EFFECT: present invention enables to reduce a measurement error, to increase the resistance to external impacts, reliability and measurement accuracy.
