FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for stimulating the contractility of muscles in a state of varying degrees of stress by generating oscillations controlled in the amplitude-frequency spectrum, with simultaneous impact of external applied load. Distinctive feature of the invention is the combined use for stimulation of two external forces with parameters corresponding to the data of individual biomechanical dependencies of the athlete, and the effect of transverse-longitudinal vibration fluctuations, while the device contains an amplitude oscillation regulator, a trolley system of summing the acting forces and directing the actions of these forces for a differentiated load on different muscle groups. Method is used in professional sports, in the practice of health-sports training and therapeutic and preventive measures.
EFFECT: significantly reduced axial loads on the joints and spine, local and general vibration loads.
