SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Coupler comprises a mating body mounted on a implement such as an agricultural implement; and a coupling body mounted on a lifting system of a vehicle, such as an agricultural tractor equipped with a power take-off mechanism; and transmission means comprising coupling mechanisms for moving between the disconnected position and the connected position mounted on the housings in such a way as to be movable in the direction of the vertical axis, and with the possibility of free rotation around the so-called transverse axis. In addition, the pre-setting means are provided to support, in their disconnected position, two connecting mechanisms in a predetermined position along the vertical axis and to provide possibility, in their connected position, of deviations of the connected connecting mechanisms along the vertical axis and the inclinations of the latter with respect to the transverse axis.
EFFECT: universal coupler is provided.
