SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to tools for soil compacting. Soil-tilling roller contains a hollow cylinder (1) mounted on the axis (2). On the surface of the hollow cylinder (1) holes (3) are arranged in a staggered order. On the axis (2) of the hollow cylinder (1), the levers (4) are radially and hingedly mounted, at the ends of which, in the direction of motion of the hollow cylinder (1), hammers (5) are installed in such a way that the distance between their outer and inner surfaces of the hollow cylinder (1) decreases in the direction of rotation of the roller. Hammers (5) are in the form of a hollow cylinder (1) segment with a chamfered rear part. At the rear of the hammers are mounted reflectors (6) in the form of plates, the lower part of which is provided with an elastic insert (7) of rectangular shape. Tapered parts of the hammers (5) with the reflectors (6) form an acute angle with the axis (2), and the vertices of these corners point outward, starting from the center of the hollow cylinder (1). Bases of the hollow cylinder (1) are open, and in the plane of the bases of the hollow cylinder (1), the axis (2) is connected to the side surface of the hollow cylinder (1) with spokes.

EFFECT: improvement in the quality of soil clumps crumbling is provided.
