FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. According to the invention, the system comprises one or more generators for generating electric power, each generator being driven by a respective primary motor, the generators being multi-phase alternating current generators configured to generate a multiphase voltage having a frequency and an amplitude, phase outputs of generators can be connected to a common multiphase bus for the distribution of electrical energy generated by alternating current generators, the system further comprises means for providing independent reference values for the rotation speed of the primary motors and for the amplitude of the multiphase voltage, wherein the rotation speed of the primary motors determines the frequency of the multiphase voltage, and the system is configured to operate in at least three operating points based on the provided independent reference values, and wherein the operating point is determined by the ratio of the multiphase voltage amplitude to the multiphase voltage frequency, wherein said at least three operating points are different.
EFFECT: technical result is to optimize the operation of the generators.
