SUBSTANCE: hybrid generating device has motor-generator set or other power supply affording ac voltage output; this output voltage is rectified and applied to dc-to-dc converter whose output is checked by means of check medium. This output is used as intermediate dc output generally employed to feed inverter for generating ac output signal supplied to external load. Using dc-to-dc converter provides for isolating intermediate output from generating one and enables generating device to run effectively in comprehensive speed range of motor-generator set in compliance with load.
