SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for the diagnosis of inflammatory lesions of the upper GIT. In the mixed saliva of the patient with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the level of D-dimer is determined and at 0–100 ng/ml diagnose a chronic gastritis with atrophy of the gastric mucosa, at values of 101–3,000 ng/ml – chronic erosive gastritis, and for D-dimer values above 3,000 ng/ml, patients are diagnosed with lesions of the gastric mucosa with erosions in the acute phase of the disease.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of diagnosis and simplify the research process.
