FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the treatment of a subterranean formation. Method of treating a siliceous or metal-containing subterranean formation through which a wellbore passes, comprising preparing an aqueous treatment fluid containing a treatment agent for surface modification, having an anchor, and hydrophobic tail; and an aqueous medium containing an organic acid; injecting the treatment fluid into the well passing through the subterranean formation and tying the treatment agent to modify the surface with the surface of the subterranean formation by attaching an anchor to the formation, wherein either (a) the anchor is a metal and the hydrophobic tail is a silicone material, a fluorinated hydrocarbon, or both a silicone material and a fluorinated hydrocarbon, or (b) the anchor is a derivative of an organophosphoric acid and a hydrophobic group is attached to it, the metal of the anchor is a metal of Group 3, 4, 5 or 6, the organic acid is selected from the group consisting of acetic, formic, citric, oxalic, malonic, succinic, malic, tartaric, phthalic, ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA), nitrilotriacetic, glycolic, N-hydroxyethyl-N, N', N'-ethylenediamine triacetic, hydroxyethylimine dioacetic, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic, cyclohexylenediaminetetraacetic acids and their mixtures. In another embodiment, a method of treating a siliceous or metal-containing subterranean formation through which a borehole passes, comprising pumping an aqueous treatment fluid into the well, containing a processing agent for surface modification and an aqueous medium containing an organic acid, the processing agent for surface modification contains an anchor and a hydrophobic tail, binding the processing agent to modify the surface with the surface of the subterranean formation by attaching an anchor to the formation and orienting the treatment agent to modify the surface of a relatively siliceous or metal-containing subterranean formation such that the hydrophobic tail is directed from the surface of the formation, (a) the anchor is a metal and the hydrophobic tail is a silicone material, a fluorinated hydrocarbon, or both – a silicone material and a fluorinated hydrocarbon or (b) the anchor is an organophosphoric acid derivative and the hydrophobic group is attached to it, the anchor metal is a metal of Group 3, 4, 5 or 6, the organic acid of the aqueous medium is selected from the group consisting of acetic, formic, citric, oxalic, malonic, succinic, malic, tartaric, phthalic, ethylenediaminetetraacetic, nitrilotriacetic, glycolic, N-hydroxyethyl-N, N', N'-ethylenediamine triacetic, hydroxyethylimine dioacetic, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic, cyclohexylenediaminetetraacetic acids, and mixtures thereof. Method of treating a siliceous or metal-containing subterranean formation through which a well passes, including injection into a well through which an underground formation passes, an aqueous fluid containing a treatment agent for surface modification, having an anchor and a hydrophobic tail, and an organic acid, (i) the anchor is a metal, and the hydrophobic tail is a silicone material, a fluorinated hydrocarbon, or both, a silicone material and a fluorinated hydrocarbon, or (ii) the anchor is a derivative of organophosphoric acid, and a hydrophobic group is attached to it, and the organic acid of the aqueous fluid is selected from the group consisting of acetic, formic, citric, oxalic, malonic, succinic, malic, tartaric, phthalic, ethylenediaminetetraacetic, and nitrilotriacetic, glycolic, N-hydroxyethyl-N, N', N'-(iii) ethylenediamine triacetic, hydroxyethylimine diacetic, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic, cyclohexylene diamine tetraacetic acids, mixtures thereof, and (iv) the amount of organic acid in the aqueous fluid is 0.5–25 vol. %, the metal of the anchor is a metal of Group 3, 4, 5 or 6. Invention is developed in subclaims.
EFFECT: high efficiency of processing.
