SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to preparations of anti-infective, adaptogenic and immunomodulating action, and can be used for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, in particular virus diseases, and immunodeficiency states. Composition is proposed in various dosage forms (injections, drops, aerosol, spray, powder for inhalation, tablets, resorption tablets, ointment, gel, suppositories, microgranules). Composition based on interferon I or III type 10,000 IU – 30 million IU and gamma-D-glutaminyl-L-tryptophan 0.01–10.0 mg for prevention or treatment of infectious diseases and immunodeficiency conditions. Liquid dosage form of the composition further comprises a target additive with the following component ratio: interferon I or III type 10 thousand ME – 25 million ME, gamma-D-glutaminyl-L-tryptophan 0.01–10.0 mg, polyglucin 0.05–20.0 mg/ml, EDTA 0.0001–0.1 M, tween-20 0.01–5.5 % by weight, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous 0.9–8.0 mg/ml, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate 0.7–6.5 mg/ml, sodium chloride 0.5–7.5 mg/ml. Invention also relates to a method of treating or preventing infectious, primarily viral, diseases and immunodeficiency states by administering the composition or dosage form of the composition.

EFFECT: use of the invention extends the range of anti-infective, including antiviral, and immunostimulating agents, enhances the immune response to the introduction of interferon agent at low cost, provides a mixture with active agents, increase the shelf life of the composition, increase the effectiveness of prevention and therapy, and reduce side effects.
