SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and, in particular, to the development of oil deposits. According to the method, an area of a field with hydrodynamically connected wells is separated. Pump the displacing agent into the injection wells and select products from the producing wells. Analyze the flow rate, the injection of the displacing agent in injection wells, determine the contours of the mutual influence of wells and adjust the flow rates of production wells. Above analysis is carried out on the basis of the identified relationships of injection wells with the corresponding production wells in their total flow rate during actual operation at selected development sites using historical databases from a year to 20 years in increments of 1–3 months and current data during the optimization work. Regulation of the flow rates of producing wells is carried out by changing the volumes and redistributing the injection into injection wells. Total volume of injection is changed not more than per 10 %. Area with increased dynamics of production wells watering is allocated – more than 5 % per year. Selection control is made after the redistribution of injection volumes in injection wells, taking into account the mutual influence of the producing and injection wells in the form of reducing levels of bottomhole pressures at production wells with a constant water content to a level of no more than 10 % below the saturation level. Increasing the level of bottomhole pressure from rapidly watering wells is taken to the current level of reservoir pressure. Each time after reducing production volumes below 3–5 % per year, the redistribution of bottomhole pressures and downloads is repeated.

EFFECT: increase in oil production, a decrease in the water cut of the production, a reduction in material costs and the load on pumping equipment due to the possibility of controlling the operating modes of producing wells.
