SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auto-balancing devices (ABDs) used in drum type washing machines to reduce vibration during spinning. To simplify the design and improve the processability of assembling an auto-balancing device for a washing machine, while ensuring its efficiency, the ABD is combined with a washing drum, installed coaxially inside the tank with the possibility of rotation around the horizontal axis and consisting of inner and outer cylindrical tanks of the drum. Rotational moment of the outer cylindrical drum capacity is transmitted from the motor through the drive shaft, and the inner cylindrical container through the hinge, which provides synchronous rotation of the outer and inner cylindrical vessels of the drum, as well as the transverse movement of its inner cylindrical container. Between the side walls of the inner and outer cylindrical vessels of the drum, a closed cavity is formed, limited by the end walls of elastic elements and filled with no voids by the working fluid, and the perforation zones of the inner and outer cylindrical vessels of the drum are combined. Perforations of the containers are located opposite each other and are connected by elastic channels. Elastic elements are located outside the zone of the hermetic cavity and fixed to the extreme parts of the side surfaces of the inner and outer receptacles of the drum.

EFFECT: simplified design and improved assembly process of the auto-balancing device of the washing machine.
