FIELD: automatic balancing of rotating system, in particular, balancing of domestic washing machine with vertical axis of rotation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves completing washing and rinsing cycles; cooling automatic balancing system in static state to temperature below 00C by putting into operation of air compressor for 20 s to provide for freezing of washing solution. Air is directed through four pipes symmetrically arranged on squeezing reservoir-drum and adapted for communicating inner cavity of automatic balancing device and hermetically sealed cavity under drum. Air is supplied into cavity under drum from refrigeration chamber mounted on casing under inner movable part of machine, through system of flexible pipes with electromagnetic controlled valves, axial inner opening and horizontal opening of hollow shaft of activator, horizontal openings of friction insert and drum shaft. Cold air supplying valve is closed and drum including linen to be squeezed is driven for rotation during 10 s. Method involves switching-on of air compressor for time interval of 20 s, while squeezing drum is rotating, to provide for blowing of hot air into cavity under drum from chamber with radiator in the course of flowing of cold air; interrupting air exchange between cavities and chambers after 2-3 min time of operation of squeezing device by closing all valves.
EFFECT: reduced vibration amplitude of movable part of washing machine at starting-up and steady-state rotation stages and, on the whole, reduced vibration of washing machine casing.
