SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of poles intended for support during walking, namely for Nordic walk outdoors during night and in warm season. Walking poles are made in the form of a right and left pole with asymmetric handles for an anatomical grip of the right pole handle with the right hand, left pole handle with the left hand, corresponding handles have geometric molds and shaped surfaces similar to molds and surfaces of imprints, obtained by compressing a model handle made of plastic material such as plasticine, a right or left hand of an adult with average statistical size of fingers and hands, entire end surface of handle is covered with mark in form of letter "R" on right pole and letter "L" on left pole, outer surface of each tubular segment of the staff is coated with a light-reflecting film and / or red paint, the coating sections have the shape of full rings with a width of more than 1 mm, and the rings are located across the axis of the staff.

EFFECT: use of the device provides higher efficiency, accuracy and rate of anatomical grip of handles of right and left hands, aligning values of specific pressure exerted by surfaces of handles on working surfaces of hands, maintaining uniformity of blood supply of soft tissues of palmar surfaces of hands, higher efficiency of walking poles, reduced probability of vehicle collision on walker at night and improvement of human mood.
