FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket engine building and, in particular, to dual-zone gas generators with the fuel components laser ignition. Two-zone laser generator with the fuel components laser ignition contains a bearing shell with branch pipes for the oxidant and fuel supply and a branch pipe for the generator gas output, inside which and coaxially with it a combustion chamber is installed. Combustion chamber includes a cooled body, mixing head, consisting of the external and firing bottoms, between which the oxidizer cavity supply is formed. Gas generator contains a set of mixing modules and a laser radiation source with the input and focusing unit. Each of the mixing modules consists of the main mixing chamber and the additional mixing chamber. In the main mixing chamber the generating gas is produced at the fuel components weight ratio of Km ~ 12÷20, and in the additional chamber, combustion is carried out at the fuel components weight ratio of Km ~ 50. These chambers are located on the same axis, at that, the main mixing chamber end face is recessed to a small depth in the additional mixing chamber annular channel, and the annular channel is the firing bottom channel. Mixing modules are evenly spaced around the mixing head concentric circles. Laser radiation input and fixation unit made in the form of cylinder, which one end is hermetically attached to the combustion chamber body side surface, and the other end is inserted into the bearing shell hole and hermetically connected to it. Inside the cylinder a laser radiation source, a focusing lens and a protective glass are installed, and the input unit is installed on the body in such a place, that the laser radiation was focused in the additional mixing chamber cavity near the main mixing chamber end face, located in the last peripheral row mixing module. To focus the laser radiation in the specified location in the combustion chamber body a through hole is made, and in the of the mixing module annular channel the slot for the entire length of this channel and with width equal to its diameter is made.

EFFECT: present invention can find application in rocket engines for reliable and repeated ignition of the fuel mixture in the two-zone gas generators chamber.
