FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to renewable energy, in particular, it can be used in solar energy to provide additional functions to devices that convert solar radiation into thermal or electric energy. Solar energy converter includes a housing, a radiant flow receiver, a protective screen into which dyes or thin film elements are embedded or located on the surface of the protective screen. Thin-film elements are inorganic thin plates or organic polymer films. Sources of radiation are installed on the body of the solar energy converter. Radiation sources are installed on the shield.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase functionality, to form ecologically and aesthetically perspective energy-saving complexes of different scale and engineering-architectural style.
