FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: internal gain IR image raster receiver comprises uniform electron flow source that makes photocathode arranged on inner surface of evacuated flask inlet and made from material that features minor absorption of IR radiation, thin-film multilayer pyroelectric target, focusing electrode, anode and 2D electron image recorder. Mesh electrode made up of curvilinear structure with variable-radius curvature is arranged between anode and focusing electrode.

EFFECT: higher resolution over image field and uniformity over photocathode sensitivity field.
