FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: field of application: electrical engineering. Device contains at the input of the transmission line a protective device, a three-phase magnetic starter connected to a three-phase load connected at the end of the line, to the terminals of which three capacitors are mounted, connected in a star with an artificial zero point, between which and the neutral wire of the network a heater is turned on. At the beginning of the line, the outdoor temperature sensor is connected via a disconnecting contact of a three-phase magnetic starter with a coil of a single-phase magnetic starter, the contact of which is connected parallel to the contact of one of the phases of the three-phase magnetic starter, a current relay is connected to the dissecting of the neutral wire, its closing contact is connected to the signal lamp, parallel to which, through the closing contact of the three-phase magnetic starter, a memory relay is activated, in which the output is connected to an audible signal.
EFFECT: technical result is an extension of functional capabilities by eliminating the simultaneous activation of three-phase and single-phase magnetic starters at low ambient temperatures, ensuring the signaling of single-phase heater operation and signaling the phase failure of the three-phase consumer's power supply network.
