FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers when one of the phases of the supply network is interrupted. The primary and secondary windings of three-phase power transformers are switched on according to the “star with zero - star with zero” scheme and are powered from a four-wire network. These windings, when power is lost from one of the four supply wires, restore the full-phase voltage in the primary and secondary windings of the transformer by adding the magnetic fluxes generated by the primary windings fed from the remaining two phase conductors in the de-energized transformer winding while maintaining the phase order. The three-phase load is distributed symmetrically over the two remaining phases with a load exceeding them by no more than 50%.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of power supply to consumers and a reduction in electrical injuries when one of the supply phases of the transformer with a voltage of 6 (10) kV is broken.
