FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the construction of optical communication cables in the construction of fiber-optic communication lines along the river bed and crossings over rivers and lakes. Each pair of optical fibers (1) is placed in reinforced optical module (3) with two reinforcing elements (2), all modules are twisted around central power element (4), while moisture blocking tape (5) and a central force element are introduced around the coil from the reinforced optical modules, coil from the reinforced optical modules and the moisture blocking tape are placed in a reinforced polymer tube, over which is routed the coil of the round wires, on its top a moisture blocking ribbon and polymer shell (6) made of high pressure polyethylene, over which a metal corrugated shell is put perforated along the entire length of the cable.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility, in case of an emergency situation on one of the regeneration sites, to organize a temporary power supply via a wire-to-wire system along the shore cable with a common autonomous power system.
