SUBSTANCE: one embodiment proposes a device for cooking lignocellulosic material, including an inclined upper separator operated under pressure, including a nozzle for loading wash liquor to receive the washing mixture, including impregnated lignocellulosic material and washing liquor, a nipple for loading hot black liquor, a nipple for unloading excess lye and a nipple for unloading the impregnated lignocellulosic material; tank of the continuous cooking boiler, including a pipe for loading the impregnated lignocellulosic material, associated with the pipe for unloading the impregnated lignocellulosic material, and a pipe for unloading warm black liquor; a black liquor circulation and heating circuit comprising a branch pipe for loading warm black liquor associated with said branch pipe for discharging warm black liquor, a heater for heating warm black liquor to obtain hot black liquor; and a nozzle for unloading hot black liquor associated with said nozzle for loading hot black liquor.

EFFECT: proposed a device for cooking lignocellulosic material and manufacturing methods using the above-mentioned device.
